'Tension (7)' is an installation composed of multiple pairs of suspended jeans, urinating on themselves. Facing one another, turning away, or isolating themselves while still remaining within a group, the jeans create a perpetual state of tension between solitude and the desire for connection. The work stages a fragile choreography of proximity and distance, where vulnerability and unease coexist with the pull toward belonging. In its oscillation between exposure and withdrawal, the installation reflects on the precarious balance that underpins forms of togetherness, revealing how fragility itself can become a site of meaning.
